Q: How do I re-enroll in Online Banking?
A: Simply go to our new online banking website and follow the steps for self-enrollments.
Q: Is there a new mobile app?
A: Yes! We have a new mobile application. Review the details here.
Q: What if I had recurring transfers and/or alerts setup on Bill Pay?
A: If you were previously enrolled in Bill Pay, you will need to set up payees on the new platform since recurring transfers and/or alerts did not convert with our system upgrade.
Q: Do I need to make changes with my providers that automatically debit my account for payment?
A: If your provider is debiting your checking account directly using your account and routing number, it will continue to work as these numbers have not changed.
Q: How do I access my e-Statements?
A: Electronic statements are available through the new online banking platform. If you were an e-statement recipient on our old platform, you will be able to access your statements from 2017 on the new platform.
